April Currently and Freebie

I hope everyone had a wonderful Easter!  Has anyone been watching The Bible series that has been on the History Channel?  I'm behind everyone else and have only watch the first few episodes.  Today after church, I was watching it with my two sons and I was truly blessed to hear my oldest, who turns 20 in a few weeks, tell me what happens in his own words before it showed it.  I have tried very hard to keep him in church growing up but never realized how Bible knowledgeable he was.  I asked him when and how he had learned all those stories and he replied, "Mom, you raised me right - in church."  How blessed I am for God to have entrusted me with two wonderful sons while we are here on Earth.

I am linking up with Farley and the April Currently.

Stop by and link up.

I have posted a freebie of writing paper for the spring.  Stop by and pick it up if you would like.

We have been watching it too - only we saved it all for this past week, a show every night. So awesome how it is spreading the message. Have a great week!

I have two boys (18 & 15)! I am trying to breathe in every moment I can because I know i have to give them the world soon. I recently had a moment similar to yours with my oldest. I thanked for working so hard and receiving all the scholarships he is getting. He told me that it was the only thing he knew how to do. He said he learned about hard work from us. Of course, it brought me to tears. Keep up the great work MOM!!!

OHH... the beach for two weeks sounds FANTASTIC! We live 45 minutes from the beach but have only been ONCE... we moved from Ohio to Alabama in November but you better believe you can find me at the beach all summer!! :)

I'm sorry it was cold over spring break - that doesn't make for a very good one! I hope you are able to get some to-do list items done today and the rest of this week.

I LOVE that advice. It does make a difference! And I so want a spring break do over. Mine was a couple weeks ago and it wasn't long enough!

Great advice- if you are excited about it, the kids will be too! It totally shows if you aren't!

I hope your family plans an awesome beach vacation! That sounds perfect. I hope to visit my friend who lives in Virginia Beach this year. My mom, dad, and sister are going to Hilton Head without me because I'll still be in school. :-(

I absolutely adore that advice. It truly makes a difference. I'm longing for a spring break do-over myself. Mine was a couple of weeks ago.
